The chain is available in multiple configurations to match your equipment and application needs. It is offered in two pitch options:
- MC1 – 0.375″ pitch
- MC1E – 0.375″ pitch with segments on alternating links
- MZ3 – 0.456″ pitch
- S – Speed Segments
- PL – Premium Life Segments.
MaxCut® Guide Bars
Like our chains, MaxCut guide bars are built to perform in the toughest cutting applications, including concrete, brick, decorative stone, and utility pipe. We offer guide bars in a wide range of sizes—from 10” to 30”—to match the exact needs of your job.
Our guide bars are engineered for maximum chain adjustment, providing more adjustment range than most guide bars on the market.
The center of the bar is designed to be slightly wider than the ends, allowing it to conform to the natural slack of the chain. This design helps improve tracking, reduce wear, and extend both bar and chain life.
Precision-machined water ports on alternating sides of the bar ensure even water distribution across the entire chain—not just one side. The separated bar design highlights the internal water manifold, delivering consistent cooling and debris removal throughout the cut.
